Project overview

Green Beacon Brewing Company is located in the heart of Teneriffe in a 400sqm 1940’s warehouse reflective of its industrial past. The project, restricted by a limited budget, focused on creating a pure, economical, and robust feel that reflected both the beer and the attitude of the client. This involved trawling 2nd hand stores for sinks, basins, and light fittings. This slightly used and nostalgic feeling gives the design its heart, something more ‘handmade’ to contrast with the reflective surfaces of the stainless steel Brew House. Whilst being simple in appearance the completed project is in fact a complex series of ingredients carefully conceived, reflecting what is possible with a little creative ingenuity to work around the limitations of a tight budget and limited space.
