COVID-19 Notice

To JCA Clients,

JCA has recently introduced an office policy in response to the current Covid-19 Pandemic. We have put in place an incident response plan dealing with the risk posed by COVID-19 to our staff and visitors. As a business we are taking measures in accordance with the live advice provided by the Australian Government’s Department of Health and The Department of Foreign Affairs who are working closely with their counterparts in NZ and throughout the Pacific region. Whilst this has triggered a change in the day to day practice of business within JCA it has not inhibited our ability to continue to service our clients in a professional and timely manner.

We would like to continue our personal approach with clients and projects and recommend where possible to use email, call or collaborate via the many online tools we all have available; Skype, Microsoft Teams, Go To Meeting, Zoom etc. We have sought to implement new approaches and methodologies to commence and continue our on-going work in Australia and the Pacific and enable the continuity of our business. To date this is proving to be successful with the work we are currently undertaking in PNG, the Solomon Islands and Kiribati in addition to our projects within Australia without compromising on the quality, client outcomes and key project objectives.

The implementation of technology and support from our consultants has been able to ease the transition with minimal impact to projects. We believe our approach will continue to prove successful to the benefit of clients and project costs and we look forward to continue working with you now and into the future.

Due to the evolving nature of the Covid-19 Pandemic we will continue to keep our clients informed and up to date, working together as necessary.

We thank you for your continued support. Please stay safe.
